I was invited to be the project UX. Our kickoff showed that more than one UX would also mentor the project's digital transformation and UI / UI motion. It was quite a challenge, with a lean team working on agile methodologies (MVP + Design Sprint) to aggregate results and bring users able to understand the service / product we were designing.
