I worked on the project from the beginning. I was already a designer at Raízen (Shell) in another project - Shell Box - when I was incorporated to the Payly team bringing the skill of having worked in financial projects. We identified our user through in-depth research with questionnaires and interviews, defined the product strategy and designed the interface to make the experience more enjoyable; after all it was a new product and different from the range of products that Cosan worked on.
